You may have heard by now that the online video sharing site YouTube has been purchased by Google (for a tidy sum).
While their foodie video collection is still somewhat meager, perusing the collection I did find this gem of a video on our friend Dan Barber and his Stonebarns Center (you may recall a WesFoodie posting or two on this bold experiment in culinary delights).
